Catalant makes it easy and simple to manage a project from start to finish.
Requesting Project Completion
When final deliverables have been submitted, Experts request engagement completion by clicking the orange "Request Engagement Completion” at the top right of the workspace.
Clients will then automatically receive an email notification about the request to complete the engagement and approve any outstanding payments. They will be prompted to log in and review the request.
Leaving Client Feedback
At project completion, Experts are asked to submit feedback about working on this project. We request that Experts provide both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
