Disable Account
Disabling your Catalant account pauses your account and prevents your profile from being visible or discoverable in the search database. Your profile information, project history, and any saved pitch templates will be retained for when you decide to return. To disable your account, follow these steps:
1. Click on Account
2. Click on My Account
3. Click on Disable Account
4. Enter Current Password to Verify Identity
5. Click on Disable Account to Confirm
Enable Account
If you've previously disabled your Catalant account and are now ready to return, enabling your profile is a straightforward process. By reactivating your account, you'll regain access to your projects, messages, and all the features that Catalant offers.
Simply forward your request to reactivate your account to support@gocatalant.com. Once your request has been received, your profile will be reactivated and you can resume offering your expertise on project opportunities.
Delete Account
Deleting your account is a permanent action that removes your information from the Catalant systems. Please note that Catalant reserves the right to retain certain information pursuant to our Privacy Notice.
To delete your profile, please forward your request to privacy@gocatalant.com from your Catalant login email address.

Why do I encounter a message when attempting to disable my account?
If you have any open pitches, interviews, proposals, or engagements listed under either the Opportunities or Active tabs on your Dashboard, then you will encounter the message below:
For assistance disabling, you must contact either community@gocatalant.com or support@gocatalant.com to take action on your account.
What if my account says it’s disabled and not done by me?
Your account may be listed as disabled due to:
- Account inactivity for an extended period of time.
- An invitation to join the platform has been forwarded to you and a login attempt was made prior to accepting the invitation and the account’s creation.
- Suspension for violating our Community Standards or Terms of Use for Experts.

What if I accidentally created another account and would like to merge them?

Will I get electronic notifications regarding platform updates if my account is disabled?
Disabling your account will also suspend platform-generated communications.
If I’ve already deleted my account, can I request reactivation?
Account deletion is a permanent action. To rejoin the platform, you will need to re-apply to the Catalant platform.
Are there any recommendations to complete any actions beyond deleting my account?
You may opt to delete information cached on your computer locally, clearing your cache and cookies for each browser used as they relate to your Catalant platform usage.
