Catalant enables independent consultants and firms to seamlessly access high-quality project opportunities at leading global enterprises by searching for and being invited to participate in best-fit projects within Catalant’s Expert Marketplace.
To access, log into your Catalant Expert account and navigate to the Search Projects section from the blue navigation menu on the left side of the Dashboard.
This database houses all of the projects posted by clients that are available for Experts to pitch on.
It is also where you can find all of the projects you’ve engaged with.
Using the filtering tools on the left, you can narrow down the project list to focus on specific industries or types of work to be performed, or view projects you’ve engaged with, completed, or those you might be a fit for based on your selected profile criteria.
Below are all of the available criteria you can use to search. Choose some or many to narrow the project results list.

Searching by Keyword
In addition to filtering projects, you can start a search using keyword(s).
Click in the text box and enter keywords that correlate with the types of projects you’re looking for. Once you hit “Search” you’ll get results and can begin review projects.
If you’re searching for an exact phrase like “Market Research” be sure to place your text in quotation marks to find results.
Viewing Search Results
Projects that match the selected search criteria are displayed using the tile cards seen below. If projects match your selected criteria, one or more cards will display. If no projects match the selected criteria, press “clear filters” on the left-hand panel, or remove some of your selections on the left and press “Apply” or “Search.”

To save an opportunity for later, use the “Bookmark” feature by clicking on the bookmark icon located in the upper right-hand corner of a project card.
Bookmarking a project allows you to quickly return to it at any time by using the “Show Bookmarked” projects toggle switch, located to the right of the keyword search box.
Your bookmarked projects will be housed here:
Projects that aren’t a fit for you can be removed from appearing in search results again by selecting the “Not Interested” icon located in the upper right-hand corner of a project card.
